Quotes are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance due to potential inventory fluctuations.

All sales are final. Returns not accepted without approval.

Unless otherwise specified, the customer is responsible for unloading freight upon delivery.

https://shopbetafence.com/ (Guardiar USA LLC) will accept most items that we sell back as a return for credit less shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee within 14 days of receiving the products. Only items that are unused and unopened are returnable. To return a products please contact us at sales@shopbetafence.com or +1 (469) 895-3356 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package and shipping label.

Items must be returned in original condition and their original packaging. You are responsible for the safe and undamaged return of all items. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they are unused and that all parts, documents, and instruction materials are returned. Items damaged, missing, used, or not in the original packaging will be deducted from your refund.

The original shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from any return. Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days.

Orders refused at the time of delivery where Guardiar USA LLC has incurred a shipping expense will be subject to no refund of the original shipping charge and an additional charge for the shipping fee back to us. In the event that orders are damaged in transit, these shipping charges will be waived if a successful claim can be filed against the shipper.
