In-Store Pickup Disclaimer – Flat Fee of $75

Please note that a $75 flat fee now applies to all In-Store Pickup orders. This fee covers:

Secure loading assistance
Re-scheduling and handling when the original pickup appointment is missed
Safe storage of your order for next-day collection
Holding inventory in our staging area for over 24 hours

We are currently only able to ship to the contiguous United States at this time. Orders placed on https://shopbetafence.com/ are usually shipped with a freight carrier to the buyer’s home or job site. Orders are typically shipped within 14-21 business days provided all required material is available.

Please note that certain states are by quote only and do not qualify for free shipping.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be available when the material is delivered to inspect for damaged items and confirm ordered quantities. We cannot guarantee delivery time slots as this is at the discretion of the freight carrier. Delivery is your driveway or the closest location the driver can get their truck to your location, but they will not move it into your yard. Hardware and smaller items ordered separately will be shipped via UPS or FedEx when possible and at our discretion. These orders will include tracking information upon shipments. Hardware ordered with fence panels and posts will be shipped with the panels and posts on the selected freight carrier. While we make every effort to ensure your materials arrive on time and in great condition, it is possible for damage or losses to occur during shipment. In the event of missing or damaged material, please annotate the loss on the freight company’s bill of lading and contact us immediately.

The customer is responsible for inspecting their material upon delivery. Any damages or material shortage must be reported within 72 hours of completed delivery.

Order Processing:

The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.

Shipping:

We ship via UPS, ABF Freight system, and Flatbed hot shot services. You or your representatives must be present to unload and inspect the product.
